What the ninety minutes actually is
Straight up: this is a sales call. We build systems for roofing companies and we would like to build yours. We are not consultants — nobody is going to hand you a slide deck or a recommendation to run leaner.
We go through how you actually run, job by job. By the end you will have seen what a system for your company would look like, and you will know what it costs. Afterwards you get a written report — yours whether you hire us or not.

One thing worth ten minutes
Twelve questions in your own words. Nothing is scored and none of it changes your results — the scorecard told us where you stand, this tells us what your company is actually like. Whatever you write is time we will not spend on the call asking the basics.
Answer the prep questions About ten minutes. Every question is optional, and you can answer them out loud instead of typing. Before we speak
- Check the calendar invite landed. If it did not, the confirmation email has the link.
- Nothing to prepare, print or look up. If a number comes up we do not have, we will find it together.
- Need to move it? The reschedule link is in the same email.
