What it costs, and what stays yours.

Roughly what you are already sending to two or three separate tools, for one system instead of four.

It starts with a build, and then a monthly subscription that covers hosting, support and the changes you will want once you have lived in it for a season.

There are no numbers on this page yet, and saying so is better than inventing one. You will have a range inside the first ninety minutes, before there is any proposal — which is earlier than you will get one from anybody else in this category.

01  /  What is included

The changes are the point

Nobody knows exactly how they want a system to work until they have used the first version through a busy month. So the changes you want afterwards are not a variation order and they are not a support ticket you wait behind other people for. They are what the monthly fee is for.

If a feature you need becomes a separate line on the invoice, you will stop asking for it. That is how a system quietly stops fitting the company.

02  /  What stays yours

Three things worth putting in writing

Your data is yours. Customers, jobs, claims, photos, invoices. Not while you are a customer — always. Ask for the lot in a format you can use at any point, including the day you decide to leave, and it costs nothing.

You will know the price before there is a proposal. We will give you a range on the first call. If the numbers do not work, you will find that out in ninety minutes rather than after three follow-ups.

The system also runs on your own domain, which matters more than it sounds like it does. It is your company's software in front of your customers, not a tab with somebody else's name at the top of it.

Fifteen minutes and a score. If your operation is already tight, that will show, and you will have saved yourself a call.
